Scanner Power Time-out Timer
When there is no activity within a specified time period, the scanner enters low power mode.
If there are no trigger presses during the timer interval, the scanner goes into power down mode. Whenever the trigger is pressed, the timer is reset. Default: 3600 seconds
Scanning 0 seconds barcode is the equivalent of setting no time-out.

NOTE: The scanner will not power down when the battery is charging.
NOTE: When pressing the trigger to power the unit back up, there will be a set of power-up beeps and a delay of up to a few seconds for the radio to join. The scanner will be then ready to use.
