Bluetooth scanner will not pair and connect when the Enterprise Home Screen (EHS) is running in User Mode.
By default, Bluetooth pairing in EHS user mode is blocked. To allow Bluetooth pairing to work in user mode, enable the apps com.android.settings.
By default the application com.android.settings is disabled in Enterprise Home Screen (EHS) in user mode.
EHS disables the Settings App (com.android.settings) for User mode and enables back when switching to Admin mode.
Solution:
1. Switch to Admin mode
2. Open Preferences
3. Under Disable any application
4. Unselect ‘com.android.settings‘
5. Tap OK to save
6. Exit Preferences
7. Switch back to User Mode
